We added ‘Screen sharing’ to our collaborative toolbox

‘Screen sharing’ is now available as a feature in Vergic Engage. This makes it possible for your service agents to share their whole screen or specific applications in a real-time feed with site visitors.

One of Vergic Engage’s key feature has always been ‘Co-browsing’. This allows the service agent and the visitor to share a web browser to collaborate in web process. Even if this feature is a powerful it is limited to the web browser.

There are situations where the Service agent wants to share their screen or other applications with the visitor. This is now possible trough the ‘Screen sharing’- functionality.

By simply activating ‘Screen sharing’ in a chat the agent can show the visitor anything on his/her computer. For security reasons you can also configure to allow full “Screen sharing” or only share specific applications.
