This year’s event of the popular “Enghouse days” was located at Visby, Gotland in Sweden. Attending where Enghouse Interactive’s prime customers and Vergic was invited to speak about the need for companies to take action on their digital engagement strategies and prepare for AI/BOT assisted dialogs.
