The Swedish online and in-store retailer, Clas Ohlson delivers great customer service and places first in annual survey.

The Brilliant Awards – Customer Experience is an annual award for those organizations that have managed to create exceptional customer experiences through their customer service (Read more here).

Clas Ohlson was awarded first place in the retail category, in front of the furniture giant IKEA. The finalist and winners in each category are based on data from more than 130 companies and 3 million customer surveys. The data from Brilliant Future also shows that the companies that deliver high employee engagement in customer service have more loyal customers than others.

All winners will be announced and celebrated at the annual event Powered by people in Stockholm March 25.
