Vergic forms partnership with IBM

We are proud to announce a technology partnership with leading technology provider IBM. With our combined technologies and experience we make a strong team and we are developing some ‘game changing’ CS functionality together.

In our quest for a better online customer experience we have teamed up with IBM. New technologies, such as AI/BOTs, will radically change the CS workflow and with IBMs Watson we are developing service agent assisted functionality to boost efficiency for both customer and companies. Also – as a registered ‘IBM Business partner’, the Vergic Engage Platform is now available in the IBM Global solution directory. This allows Vergic to reach a big and broad audience with our message for a more efficient and satisfying online customer experience.
