One of our end-customers needed to support their Chinese speaking customers with advanced chat so we added Chinese script signs to our solution.

Vergic already supported all roman languages but Chinese and similar “pictogram scripts” is a challenge due to how the script looks and works but with some small UX adjustments and programming Chinese speaking web visitors can now be met with a Chinese chat interface.
