Vergic AB is looking for a hardcore Senior System Architect for our core development team in Malmö

You will become part of the core development team that develops and maintains all Vergic AB core business systems, which include backend integration systems, frontend applications and internal applications. You will be responsible for the overall system architecture for our core product. The core applications are hugely scalable, and exposed to major players worldwide and locally. As a young company Vergic AB has a loose development model where you will have a great deal of freedom and influence.

Responsibilities:

Perform technology assessments to enhance and/or support new and existing systems

Document and present system architecture for new systems to clients, management and development teams

Assist development teams in performing design and analysis for a wide variety of systems

Research and present new technologies to development group

Support Engineering and Operations group in top-­‐level 
troubleshooting

Coordinate with the development and engineer groups in 
implementing best practices for software deployment

Provide development and deployment QA

Qualifications:

You master English fluently both verbally and in writing

10+ years of directly related work experience, ideally internet 
based software domain

4+ years in application architecture/enterprise architecture, systems integration and development

Strong knowledge and practical working skill with the following technologies: .Net, SQL Server, Redis, Elastic Search, Cassandra and Linux

Solid and demonstrated TCP/IP knowledge

Knowledge and proven understanding of HTML, CSS, 
JavaScript, and Rich Media

Excellent writing skills to communicate information effectively 
to customers, marketing, executives and technical staff

You are a strong team player and you work in a proactive and 
collaborative manner with a high-­‐energy attitude

Strong understanding and interest in technology, the digital 
sector, as well as in new and emerging media formats

We are at the moment looking for a result-and business-driven Account Manager to Vergic to work with International Solution Selling of the award winning product ps plugin.

Duties:
In the role as International Account Manager at Vergic, you will be part of an exciting journey. You will be working with Solution Selling of Vergic’s revolutionary solution ps plugin. Customers are mainly large and medium sized companies in Sweden and internationally. Your contacts outwards will primarily be CEO, Sales and Marketing Manager. You will drive the sales process from prospectus and initial client meetings to negotiating and drafting agreements. In many cases the lead is generated from partners and ps plugin will be a part of the partner’s total solution. Major focus in the role as International Account Manager will be in understanding the client’s situation and in the quotation procedure describe both solution and business model in an intuitive way, based on customer satisfaction.
The role as International Account Manager involves a lot of travel, often over the day, both within Sweden and internationally.

We are looking for:
• Experience of working with complex, Solution Selling, preferably in the IT industry
• Experience of networking and work actively with your network in your current role
• Experience of working with complex tender documentation
• Natural ability to close deals
• Fluent in English and Swedish

It is an advantage if you have experience of working in a role with many international contacts.

As a result of the great interest in ps plugin, Vergic’s organization is steadily growing and we present these new recruits;

Esben Carlsen is Chief Architect, and will lead the production team in the development of ps plugin. Esben has a background in investment banking and computer networking devices, with extensive experience of backend technologies, large scalable systems and databases.

Olav Grytli, Sales Manager, has a background in sales, marketing and business development both in the branches of digital marketing and education. Olav is the founder of Core Relations, a digital communications agency and has extensive experience in leadership and customer relations.

Erika Hedblom, Project Manager, coordinates delivery projects and is customer responsible. Erika has extensive experience in project management in the branches of telecom, software and digital marketing. Erika who is also a System Developer, has for several years worked with project management and customer responsibility within large international companies.

Vergic continues to grow. Richard Persson is our new Interaction Designer and will be managing configuration and support. Richard will also help Vergics customers to get a segmentation profile of its visitors and direct them right.

This sales interactivity allows companies to communicate and demonstrate products on their website like in an ordinary store. According to the jury, ps plugin was chosen from an extraordinary strong group of finalists in 2011 year’s GIVPP. The contest organized for the fourth year, aims to highlight companies with innovative solutions and products with untapped potential. Winning candidates are offered the opportunity to reach out broadly in both Swedish and international market through close cooperation with Logica.

On June 9th the international finals will take place in Paris. Candidates from ten different countries will be presented for the international jury.

Verigic is expanding their workforce. Dag Westberg will be establishing product sales through partners. Dag has long experience from senior positions with partners and direct sales of IT solutions to large companies. Sales and marketing has been reinforced with Karin Lööw, who has expreience in marketing and media & communications.

Yves Rocher implementes ps plugin in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. The idea is to use the Nordic countries as front runners, and later implement the solution globally. Yves Rocher is available in over 90 countries.

The goal is increased conversion rate, reduced amount of returns and minimize the risk of aborted transactions at checkout.

Internet Expo & Digital Marketing 2011 took place in Stockholm, at Kistamässan the 16-17th March. Vergic was one of the nearly one hundred companies exhibited. Visitors who stopped by Vergic got to experience ps plugin from a consumer and customer service perspective. It was clearly a high level of interest for ps plugin, and visitors response was positive.
